Summary

Night List now reads like the code that is actually in the repo, and the dashboard has a CI gate.

  • Rewrote README.md from the source: owner dashboard, SwiftUI viewer, and Supabase booking schema, with an honest split between working UI and libraries that no screen imports yet. Sample metrics are labeled as sample data. No live deployment is claimed. iOS is documented as an Xcode-only target.
  • Added .github/workflows/ci.yml on push and pull request: npm ci, ESLint, tsc --noEmit, npm run build, and a gitleaks scan. Permissions are contents: read. Action majors are pinned and npm is cached.
  • Fixed the type and lint errors those checks hit (Supabase Database relationships so the client types resolve, Vite ImportMeta env, an invalid CSS property, unused imports, ESM __dirname).
  • Removed the empty .claude/agents/Nextilio.agent.md. .gitignore now includes supabase/.temp (.env, node_modules, dist, and .DS_Store were already ignored).
  • Added an MIT license.
  • Captured four dashboard screenshots from the local dev server with the built-in sample data.

Secrets

No service-role key, Stripe secret, or other live credential is committed. .env.example uses placeholders only. The Stripe webhook reads SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY from the function environment. A local gitleaks scan of all 12 commits reported no leaks.

Rewrite the README from the code, add MIT license and gitleaks-backed GitHub Actions, and fix the type and lint errors those checks surface.
